3. On arriving in our room we realised we had a noisy neighbour, reception changed our rooms with no problems to a really quiet location in the hotel.

5. Unfortunately when we arrived the air conditioner had not been turned on in the room, so it was quite stiffling when we entered and took some time to cool down as we were located on the 4th floor.

7. The hotel is somewhat difficult to locate using my gps, but once I arrived I was greeted by a young lady named Melissa, she was very kind and appeared to have a bubbly personality that was welcoming which was refreshing for a change.

8. My only point would be that the hotel can be quite noisy in the morning due to its location near a busy highway.
