1. I would say that they need to give you a little more soap, one tiny facial bar for the bath is not enough.

2. The room was adequate, beds clean and comfortable, bathroom ok - no hairdryer and the towels were threadbare and they left only two small bath towels and two hand towels.

3. We were told that we had to pay for that night immediately (at 8:00 am), but once the people checked out we will be assigned another room with a functioning bath.
