1. I don't remember the exact cost of a cab to South Beach, but it wasn't that expensive if you wanted to take one late a night.

3. great location, just about 10/15 min to south beach by car with trafic (which is the best way) but there is also a bus station in front of the hotel (the bus cost you 2$ and it runs every hour day and night).
