1. I used the fitness room 4 of the 7 days i was there, its more like a room w/ a couple of machines than a fitness center, but i'm glad it was there so i could do some type of work out.

2. We were not able to extend our check out time (we had a 10:00 pm plane as well) since our room had been booked but the front desk staff told us it was ok to hang out by the pool and offered use of the shower in the fitness room if we needed it before we left.
