4. The customer service was ok, but we picked this hotel strickly because the ad said that there was a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi which we were impressed with because at that time of year we didn't figure that we would be doing much swimming in the ocean.

5. We were informed by the front desk that there was never a heater installed in the pool and the hookups were originally supposed to go to the pool as it was going to double as a jacuzzi, but the decision was made otherwise.
