7. This year (when it was renamed "Desert Tides") the rugs were filthy, the living room was literally missing furniture (there was one dirty sofa and several fake plants - no table!), the TV was broken and had exposed wires, and only 1 pillow was provided on a king bed.

8. They should provide shuttle service at least to the Rio, (5 women) after returning\nback from the casinos, we found that we had no bedding for the sofa bed, no wash cloths and\nonly two towels for two bathrooms.

10. In the room dining chair arm was broken, sofa bed was broken (luckily I brought an inflatable bed just in case we needed it and we did), one bathroom did not have hair dryer, TV has no control and there is only one TV in the entire condo (we rented a 3 bedroom condo).
