2. I REALLY ENJOYED THIS BEAUTIFUL HOTEL,GREAT SERVICE, NICE HUDSON RIVER VIEW, VERY CLEAN AND COMFY THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS THE CHANDALIER LOUNGE WAY OVER RATED, THE BOUNCERS AT THE DOOR ARE VERY RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY AND AGGRESSIVE,AND MIND YOU WE WERE GUESTS AT THE HOTEL.

3. We had to ask on three seperate days for items not supplied on the daily servicing of the room "Styling" as it was referred to.

5. When asked the normal checking in time we were then told that one night stay rooms were serviced in priority to longer stay guests.
