This hotel was dirty-when checking in, there was no desk clerk (as is customary w/extended stays) however, the clerk was unreachable by house phone and by calling the regular main hotel phone number, they also ran out of clean linen, brand new cakes of soap (unopened) had strands of hair, etc, etc.
