1. They also could not hold our bags we had to go back out put our bags in the car and wait another 45min before attempting to check in again.

2. We drove from NY to NJ and it was freezing cold outside there is very limited parking that is covered so we had to park outside in the elements unloaded our car and walked inside just to find out our room was ready but they have a strict policy that they cant let you check in before check in time at 3:00pm.
