1. They were totally shock and disappointed that their envelope left on the desk with $1500 cash in it, no management staff tried to help them to recover the envelope and with no courtesy return calls.

3. They were totally shock and disappointed that their envelope left on the desk with $1500 cash in it, no management staff tried to help them to recover the envelope and with no courtesy return calls.
