2. After turning down the bed and discovering one top sheet, a bare blanket (wonder how often that is cleaned) and a 'clean it when it is too nasty for words' coverlet, we were really upset, but too tired to leave.

10. The only complaint I have is that the air conditioner is under the window right next to the bed; it was so loud and blew so hard that I couldn't sleep, even put a towel over to control it a little didn't help.
