1. The hotel doesn't charge the resort fee that all other hotels charge and if you get the breakfast buffet included in your rate (only way to go), then that also includes tax and tip so when you check out, no hidden fees.

2. with the exception of one rude front desk attendant and I left some clothes in the room @ check out that they can't find, the hotel realy takes care of their guests.
