When it had not arrived within a week, I had my daughter go to the hotel on a Saturday to ask in person and she was told that the
pillow
must have been mailed out on Thursday or Friday as it was no longer there.

I called the hotel on Tuesday after Columbus Day and I was told thatthe
pillow
had been there on the Friday before, but was now gone so it must have been mailed out on Tuesday, after the holiday.
