1. The service is excellent, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, the kids club and playground are fun, the food is very good, the pools are perfect for small children.

8. I love this hotel in Acapulco, the beach is beautiful and as private as can be, the pools are big not to crowded, food and service directly at the beach are great.
