8. While the front desk people were very nice and really wanted to help, as was and did the engineer, the bottom line is that 2 out of 3 elevators were broken when I got here.

10. The two young women who were at the front desk were wonderful and very helpful by getting a wheelchair for her and going to the car to help get her out of the car.
