1. Equally as inviting are the always friendly front desk staff and the lovely well appointed lobby and main floor common areas.

5. I do think that offering complimentary wireless in the rooms would be a great addition, currently you have to pay $10 for access in your room (or you can get it free in the lobby and meeting rooms).

6. The lobby was nice, but as you are moving through the floors of the hotel and staying in the room - it feels and smells like a regular interstate motel.
