1. We were told the rooms weren't serviced because they were an extended stay hotel and the rooms are only cleaned once a week which happened to be the day we arrived.

2. Then when the guests arrive, they put you on the upper floors which have bugs, knife slashes in the dirty, broken furniture and lots of loitering, smoking residents.
