1. The one complaint that I had about the hotel is that they charge to use the sauna and steam room within the hotel, there is an additional thirty dollar per day/per guest charge.

2. Most hotels have steam rooms and sauna that guest can utilize for free as standard, and I only thought that a resort would offer a bit more.
