1. The shuttle driver was rude, did not help anyone into or out of the van, talked on his cell phone while driving (and it wasn't to the people back at the hotel) and when asked about the restaurant we were going to, we were told that 'there were a lot of other good restaurants closer to the hotel' - clearly meaning that he did not want to take us and that we were a bother.

4. Restaurant food and bar snacks are rather poor quality, and nowhere near the standard of Radisson in Europe.

6. The second night we were there, we wanted to go to a restaurant nearby that the nice lady at the front desk had recommended, but it was too far for my inlaws to walk to.
