2. Location:Great location, not in the city of New Orleans but only a 15 -20 minute drive to Bourbon, French Quarter, etc.Hotel was clean, and parking was free, another advantage of not staying in the city.

6. We used the long-term parking for the 10 days were were gone at the hotel ($8 per night, versus the $12 per day rate at the airport for parking) and shuttled over to the airport before flying out, and the shuttle picked us up upon our return.

7. Parking is a non-issue for me as I have rental cars, which are returned and then I walk or take a shuttle back to teh property.

8. Had a late arrival, was originally sent to a unmade room, dirty, beds unmade, had to return to lobby, staff handled well, gave a reduced rate for long term parking without being asked to make up for inconvenience.
