2. Close to all you need to enjoy Bourbon street, Magazine street (via trolley), casino, Riverwalk, etc. We did not visit the pool area because when we went to go "check it out", we could not find it after roaming on the ground floor.

3. View of a parking garage across the street not optimal but fine, we do not stay for the view really given the location of the hotel.
