1. The king size bed was really a double size and that was all they had available when we arrived even though we had reserved weeks ahead.

2. the following and she said the hotel shuttle is booked at that time and she just going to put on the log book that I need a cab and they'll pay for it, come may 8 and the cab was there to pick me up and they don't want to pay for it, the shuttle didn't arrive till 9: 35 a.

3. In addition the courtesy shuttle needs to be booked well in advance as it was booked out and couldn't pick us up when we arrived or when we flew out.

4. when I arrived staff was pleasant, and gave me a room with an incredibly loud air conditioner, I immediately asked to change, and they provided me with a better room, but still not a great AC unit.
