1. It's on the ocean but no decks and you can't open the windows, so while you can see the water there's not a wiff of the clean fresh ocean air.

2. We checked in early, so we didn't get the ocean view room we had requested but we were told we could get a new room at noon.

3. When we returned to the front desk at 1pm, they told us they were no ocean view rooms available and that no one had arranged for us to switch rooms so that was disappointing.
