Check in was quick and efficient and our room was immaculate and clean with a kingsized bed at a very good rate (also free wifi) The area around the hotel is OK - we wandered over to the TGI Fridays for some food (5 min walk)and did not feel threatened or unsafe, although I can see why some people may feel intimidated.
