1. and when i went into the lobby next morning to tell the hotel they told me this is the problem they are having with the cleaning service and blamed them and did nothing to tell me my feelings or even said sorry he just was complaing about his bad service and did not even care that i slept on a bed with sand.

2. the hotel seemed like it did not change the sheets on both the beds, it had sand in the sheets, i had to sleep on top of the bed since there was sand in the sheets on both beds,i don't know how it got there.
