I called the front desk, and all they said was maybe we had our do not disturb sign up (only until about 8:00 am, and we didn't see the

in the hallway).

left our room unlocked and open for a whole day and failed to leave shampoo, etc. When we complained at the front desk, we were ignored.

When I called the front desk I was cheerfully told that the

s frequently leave rooms not only unlocked but standing open, and the air conditioning is left off until a guest actually enters the room.
