5. On arrival was told we were "bumped" and got 1 king and 1 sofa bed Per the hotel, said that agreement was for room rate only, not type.

10. General manager the evening we arrived was incredibly rude; crib was difficult to get despite calling ahead; carpet near bathroom was wet.
