4. Over the phone the lady at the front desk notified us that this was an upscale hotel and we should request a "noisier floor" since we were traveling with a child (we ignored this request).

8. We also didn't have a place to store any of our bottles of milk until the last night when the hotel staff informed us they could give us a fridge to use, usually you would pay a fee but because it was used to store our child's milk the fee was waved.

10. I had to park almost to the wall and walk to the hotel a long distance then walk 3/4 around the hotel to get to the entrance while carrying my 60 lb handicapped child at 11 pm I didn't feel safe at all it was scary did the staff care no its for valet only they stated there was at least 20 open parking spots in valet yes I spoke to the front office directly.
