3. This could be somewhat of an inconvenience if you change your plans, as you most likely won't be able to get an earlier or later shuttle if hotel is busy.

4. The shuttle only runs in the morning from 7:00 - 11:00, and then again in the evening from 5:00 - 12:30.

5. The downside is - it's far away from Disneyland and although they provide shuttle it's not available from 11am to 5pm.
