1. A few good points was the indoor and outdoor pool for the cooler weather stay, the well stocked gift shop and the front desk clerk that helped us find our camera which we lost on the shuttle.

2. Called front desk and after many rings (40 -50) someone picked up and instructed us to go through a service door and use the service elevator which was trashed.
