1. NO ONE working at the hotel speaks English; didn't have air conditioning at the entire Reserve for one night; had to ask/beg for bath towels EVERY DAY; had to ask for the pull-out couch to be made EVERY DAY, and SOMETIMES it would get done; restaurants closed often.
