1. lots of lamps unplugged, hard to get to, tons of wires,tvmovie quit halfway through, beds not as soft as when first introduced, parking costs too much,not amenities in bathroom on regular basesinternet should be free.

2. Also there was a problem with the room keys when we arrived, which I guess left the staff a bit distracted cause we waited to check in dispite being the only people at the counter and weren't told of any amenities the hotel might have had.
