1. The shuttle to the airport was great and helped get us to the subway system for Boston.

2. The front desk folks were super nice and very helpful to my sister and I in where to go, how to get there, etc. The hotel offered a free shuttle to and from the train station at the airport, and one of the drivers even left early just to take my sister and I to the train.
