2. The only thing that was needed to make it absolutely PERFECT would have been an included continental breakfast, but at this room-rate we couldn't be greedy, and the Dunkin Donuts is across the street.

3. ) I'm very familiar with urban areas, and while this was not the roughest area i've been in - considering the rate I was charged for this room, I could have stayed in a nicer hotel in a better part of town (Boston proper) for about the same rate.
