1. Comfortable bed, coffee maker leaked all over the desk, good central location for exploring that area of the coast, exercise room equipment was mostly out of order.

5. When you are on vacation, normally you want a clean bed to sleep in and a clean bathroom to clean up in after you long day of adventures.
