7. I ordered a non smoking room but was given a smoking room.

8. I prepaid for a room and drove all night to get there, upon arrival I was told my room was cancelled due to not arriving prior to 2 AM, the policy was not stated in my reservation and I then had to pay an additional room rate to sleep 3 hours and shower before a meeting that day.
