1. Since we needed fresh towels and coffee refills, we were told that we needed to bring our used towels to the front office to receive fresh ones.

2. I did notice a small sign in the bathroom indicating that if I needed anything replaced between the weekly service visits, I could swap towels or linens at the front desk for clean ones.
