1. Only problems were sink & toilet were stopped up but maintenance took care of next day, house keeping didn't come 2nd day but tried to 3rd day, & the biggest problem was the room was very cold.

2. To make a long story short the manager in charge told my husband to take care of the problem himself and proceeded to walk to the peoples room upstairs and made my husband talk to them.
