1. Quiet, affordable and accomodating, the only quirk of this hotel is the requirement that residents leave their room keys at the front desk every time you leave the hotel.

2. I would love to see this owner put 4 to 5 million into this place to make it a 5 star across the board, but I am afraid that I would no longer be able to afford it as it would easily beat out the best (5 star) hotels in New Orleans.
