4. Microwave not fully functional, two burner cooktop with no pots or pans, tiny cramped bathroom, clean but dingy sheets, bedspreads.

5. ) In addition to the door problem, the room is allegedy "equipped" with a kitchen, however, there are no pots or pans, so you can't actually cook a thing--not that I would've wanted to after finding a roach crawling from the countertop into the flatware drawer the morning after I arrived.

6. When I arrived at my room, which was on the second floor--and because there are no elevators I had to drag a 50+ lb suitcause up two flights of stairs--the key wouldn't unlock the door.
