5. When I awent back to the front desk & asked about another room I was told, albeit very politely, that all of the curtains did this and if I could pin or paper clip them that that would usually hold them together.

9. Their was a youth basketball team staying in the room next to us and they bounced balls until 2 am, we complained, to no avail.
