The quality of workmanship on the remodel is not real good (the bathroom)but, I rebuild upper end homes and notice things like this, the place smelled CLEAN, new carpet, wall paper, furniture ALL NEW and very comfortable beds, refrigerater and microwave in room is a great idea, driveable places to eat or a super market (Kroger) is a couple miles away to stock up snacks and pop.
