1. Breakfast is okay (quite a few choices, heat up in the microwave what you want as nothing except the gravy is hot) Not a smoke free hotel, and the non-smoking room still smelled a little when we arrived.

2. After waiting 50 minutes for the airport shuttle to pick us up, our driver finally arrived, but was too busy chatting on her cell phone, (about a TV show, to help with any baggage.
