1. The location is was not too far from downtown Atlanta, plenty of other hotels surrounding this one (made me feel more comfortable), the area surrounding the hotel was a corporate location and PLENTY of restaurants to choose from within a 2 mile radius.

4. The location of the hotel is perfect - just a couple blocks from a MARTA station with free parking so you can get downtown in 20-30 minutes with no traffic or downtown pay-for-parking woes.
