1. I asked the front desk and they simply said to call a 1-800 number and after we called the 1-800 number, they told us to go to the lobby to see if we could get connected from there.

3. When we initially arrived we couldn't find any parking and found out that the hotel has a casting auditions going on with people filling the lobby and taking the guest's parking spots.

4. The rooms reminded me of a hotel that you'd normally see by the beach - with its bright blue and sea green color schemes through the lobby and rooms.

5. The rooms are quiet (avoid room 229 & 227 as they open onto a landing in the lobby and can get a lot of lobby noise) and seem to be clean and well maintained.

7. When we arrived, the clerk made my family wait in the lobby for about 30 minutes prior to checking in because she said she did not know 'an exception code' she needed to input into her computer that would allow the system to check us into a room with two double beds.
