4. The front desk staff is rude and don't even think about asking for a cookie, {the answer I got was, you only get them during check in but you are welcome to purchase them in the dinning room} Totally awfull.

It was nice to get to the hotel, although earlier than check-in time,(having to attend an early meeting at another location and having my wife stay in the lobby until we could check in,) but to our surprise when we entered the hotel and asked if we could store our luggage until our room was ready, we were informed our room was now available (9:30 AM) at no extra charge.

9. My husband and I had to spend the night in Atlanta after a great stay in Jamaica - although the Doubletree is not all inclusive it was nice to be offered a cookie upon check in.
