1. But it is exactly what is advertised: it's a $79/night hotel within walking distance of many restaurants, concert and sports venues, and other tourist sites in downtown Atlanta.

2. We liked its location since it was close to Centennial Olympic Park, CNN Center, Georgia World Congress Center, a MARTA station, etc. We liked being able to walk to the concert and other locations and leave our car parked (the $15 parking fee was worth it for us to know our car was secure and close by).

7. We did venture into a decidedly dodgy area when we were looking for Martin Luther's grave and had to turn around and walk back to a more populated part of the city.

8. Hotel was affiliated with a small deli and a chinese buffet, which was nice to have close-by when you didnt want to walk somewhere downtown.
