1. The hotel had been given a heads up that Delta Air Lines had delayed my bag; so when I arrived at the hotel the front desk staff said they had already put complimentary toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, razor & shaving cream in my room.

3. The hotel is older and not in the best condition, but the staff were very friendly, it is in a great location (downtown and walking distance to many attractions), and you get a complimentary breakfast.
