2. The check in was friendly and efficient and the hotel was clean and comfortable although the carpets in the hallway (I was on the 4th floor) have a lot of stains and need a good cleaning.

4. check-in time was 2pm we did have to wait about 30 min before we could check-in, upon check-in the changes made through expedia were not made and the hotel staff were a bit rude about the situation, after telling them that I had contacted expedia they stated that changes needed to be made through the hotel itself.
