9. The manager of the hotel gave me a discount for the inconvenience but they don't have that many rooms with jacuzzis inside the bed room so they should know when it's not working properly.

10. I would give this hotel a 10/10 once they fix the elevator for good, the jacuzzis are performing flawlessly, the old tube TVs are replaces with HD-TVs (Manager told me that the TV upgrade will be done in the last quarter of the year) and maybe add MP3 player docking station in the rooms.
